PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES for artwork available in the online shop

• Please allow 1-2 business days processing time; 1-2 days for Royal Mail 1st class shipping in the UK, 3-5 days for Royal Mail 2nd class shipping in the UK, and 3-7 days in Europe. On some occasions (i.e. during busy periods, when I'm away working on location or when I'm away on vacation) processing time may take longer and a notification will appear on the Shop page to advise the earliest processing time. Custom work may require more processing time, the processing time will appear on the product page.

• UK orders are sent via Royal Mail standard first class or second class post or Royal Mail signed for 1st class – you can select your preferred shipping method at the checkout.

• Europe orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery or Royal Mail International Tracked and signed - you can select your preferred shipping method at the checkout.

• The shipping cost will depend on the type of items and quantities (size & weight) you order and the postage fees will be calculated at the checkout.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please be aware that orders delivered outside of the UK , namely Europe and Northern Ireland, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, by the country of destination. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND

• Cancellations for physical products can only happen within 24 hours from the purchase - please contact me to request a cancellation.

• Returns & Refunds are NOT accepted for personalised/custom products, on sale products, digital & download items and workshops. Request for a return must be made in written within 14 days of purchase. The postage costs for the return will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.​
